I was paralyzed in my dream?

I literally, had an out of body expereince last night, wondering if there were any answers. It starts out like this. I had a dream.. i think? I woke up, in MY ROOM, everything was correct, even the time. I could not move, speak and felt scared. I did not know what to do. I tried very hard to move, and accomplished only moving my leg off the bed, i tried to awaken my parents for help but i could not scream. Then about an hour later, i woke up. Was able to move and turn my tv on for comfort of the reality other people were talking. This is not the first time this has happended to me. I have a lava lamp in my room that illuminated my room red. When i awoke in this dream like state, my whole room was illuminated red, I had to be awake. It felt so real yet so unreal. Someone, please explain what this is cuz it is freaking me out, like i said, this is not the first time. The other time was when i took a nap my friend was playing a game next to me, i saw him, heard him, watched him. iwasimmob
