Why has Red Bull dispensed with Geoff Willis?

I really hope one of the new teams pick him up, he'd be a fantastic steal, he was part of BAR Honda's best years 04-06, Honda dropped him and look at 07-08. Lets hope the same doesn't happen at Red Bull.
