In an areal battle, F-22 vs Su-37. Who would win? Why and how?

Lets say that this battle takes place over the Russian plains. Mid day, summer. Clear day, except for some clouds at about 30,000ft. All aircraft are fully fueled, and each carry 4 short range heat seeking missiles, ex. AIM-9X Sidewinders for the Raptors and AA-11 Archers for the Terminators. and 4 mid range radar guided missiles, ex AIM 120C AMRAAM for the Raptors and R-27AE Vympel for the Sukhoi. and a full load or cannon ammo. Both aricraft have a full load of chaff, flares and both also have ECM gear. uming they met head on so neither had the jump on the other who would be the victor?
