On Atkins, Did I do badly today?

Wow you got 1,889 calories and only 6.6 grams of carbs? Your diet is extremely unbalanced. You need carbs. They are your bodies main source of fuel. Your fat intake is WAY too high. Your carbs should be 40% of your diet while fat and protein should both be 30%. You should run for about 30-45 minutes a day and do weight lifting.
