Video Game Tester Question?

I want to become a video game tester. I have Xbox 360, Wii and PS2. I also have XBOX Live. I was wondering if there is a videogame testing company that is free to join. If anyone knows of any, please let me know. Also, if it is not free to join, then you will not get best answer. If it is free, but you give me a referal link, I won't chose your answer, I will erase the referal part and I might report you for advertising for profit. Thank you.
