1 is fairly easy, if the velocity was constant divide 324 meters by 720 meters per second and you get 0.45 seconds for the target strike. The velocity would be divide by a thousand(meters in a km). Then multiply by 3600(seconds in an hour). 720 divided by 1000 = 0.72. 0.72 times 3600 = 2592km/h.
