How would you know if your just a natural at somthing?

ive been playing the guitar for like mabie..a month and a half? and im just..really good..man..when i say im good dude..i mean i can do the van halen eruption tapping solo the second day i had a finger on the guitar.. i did it so fluently..it was as if i played the guitar for like..a year...right now im shreding like its nothing....so explain to me what being natural at somthing means..
