I want to date this guy but he has women throwing themselves at him constantly?

So there is this guy at my job who I am really starting to like..I can't stop thinking about him...we r both bartenders at the same bar...I can tell that he likes me too..here's the problem..he is very good looking funny charismatic etc...and I constantly see girls throwing themselves at him during work..I dnt feel jealous by any means...u can smell the desperation coming from these women from a mile away...but the point is if I see it happening at work..I'm sure it's happening all the time...can I realistically date someone who has women constantly throwing themselves at him on a constant basis? He seems like a genuinely good guy but with so much temptation how can he be relationship material?
