Is Canadian perdon recognised in USA?

Don't even talk about being arrested before. You were pardoned which means it's like it has never happened. The U.S. will not go and search your files because it will be too much of a hle for someone who looks very clean. You havn't done anything wrong and since the U.S. doesn't know about it say NO and move on to the next question. If you write yes it will hinder yoru chances of being accepted.
