Lights on 1996 plymouth voyager ac and recerc?

on my van i have lights flashing on the ac and recirculate ons the lights are flashing and i have no ac now nither the front nor the rear are working any advice would be great thanks and anyone that knows these vans can IM me at scoobydoo_34134 on yahoo messenger
