I feel like I'm going to die soon. Help?

first off how old are you? if youre stiill with your parents, tell them, just say yah it sounds crazy but thats how you feel, or atleast tell someone close to you. that thought would go under paranioa and i used to have crazy thoughts of cams in my bathroom, they eventually went away, but maybe you need some help?
