How do I ignor people from calling me a slut?

OK well im 14 and im in middle school and there is a big rumer going around my school that me and my boyfriend did things on my birthday wich isnt tru at all...??? i dont know why people start drama jst to start drama... Now every1 is texting me and calling me a slut and all kinds of stuff... and im not used to being called that. They are saying im the new slut of the school. All my friends have turned agianst me beuase they think i have changed... how do i ignor people and jst keep my emotions to myself???
