What should i do about my mom?

My mom recently got done with her battle with brest cancer about 1 year ago...she now is going through menopause...she flips out at the smallest thing, then like 2 mins latter she will be fine..i don't know how much longer i can take her flipping out. what should i do...i don't know how to confront her about it....
